We will be looking to extend this once all the work is carried out after winter of 2019
Lodges are available to use 12 months of the year
Licence Agreements are offered for 30 years on all Lodges with a 25 re-sale period and 20 years on all NEW caravans purchased from ourselves. The “with pitch” resale period allowed is 15 years. That’s a lot of security for your initial outlay.
We are happy for you to allow other family members to use your unit. Sub letting for profit is not allowed. We are a quiet, tranquil and select park especially for the discerning owner who wants to get away from it all.
The unit stays in place without charge throughout the winter period. We check the units on a regular basis and will inform you of any issues. You may visit the park from November to February, but you cannot stay overnight. All main services are switched off doing this period.
Yes! We are happy to offer internet to all caravans on the park. The internet is free, however there is a one-time installation/setup charge which currently costs £225. This is a hard-wired connection to your caravan allowing for steady reliable internet. You also get a router allowing you to setup wifi for the caravan!
Well behaved pets are allowed except dog breeds subject to the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991. We expect you to keep pets leashed at all times and not wander the park and ask all owners to be responsible in cleaning up after their animal.
